Focus

So I cannot focus. I was in a car accident because I can't focus. My car is a mess inside and out. Paperwork is late. Chaos has ensued.  I am way off track with my diet and exercise and my relationship with my husband is strained because I am all over the place. I know what I need to do. But I can't bring myself to focus and consistently do it. I am amazed I haven't dropped a patient or something. But then I remembered the car accident. Sigh. See - I can't even buckle down long enough to make a coherent post.
